GoEdit Offline License Request

(only for Confluence/Jira Data Center with GoEdit v3)

If you do not have any internet access at all, not even with your browser – and your Confluence server does not have access to the internet, you might need to enter the license manually.

We will quickly review your request and send you the client license by mail within one day usually – be sure to enter the correct email-address in the form, so we can send you the license.

Which Email should we send the license to (important)

The marketplace license string you got by Atlassian when you bought the GoEdit App. It looks cryptic and is a very long string of characters. It is not your SEN.

This is important, otherwise the license won't work! Looks like xxxx-yyyy-zzzz-aaaaa and is NOT your SEN (Support ID).
